ANOTHER free bar of chocolate!
This bar was kindly donated by Chris, another colleague from work. I sometimes think my colleagues are trying to fatten me up for Christmas.
(It is working, by the way. Since starting this Eat The Treat malarchy, I’ve put on about a stone in weight.)
Chris asked me a while back if I’d eaten a Golden Crisp as part of this. I said I hadn’t, because I’d never heard of the Golden Crisp. “NEVER HEARD OF IT?!?” he questioned in disbelief, doing a ‘what-the-Dickens’ face. Nope, never heard of them.
“I’ll buy you one!” he suggested, and he did.
So, they Golden Crisp…
It is an 8 piece bar of crispy, chocolately delight. Cadburys chocolate with what tasted like cinder toffee shards inside. Really nice.
I asked Chris where he got it from. He bought it online because, apparently, it isn’t available in any shops locally. He had to get them imported from Ireland.
If you’re in Ireland and you see one of these, I recommend them wholeheartedly.
